Terms of service.

For the purpose of this agreement, ‘the business’ refers to La Luna Soul and ‘the client’ refers to all potential, new, current and previous clients.

BOOKING & REFUND POLICY

  1. La Luna Soul requires a non-refundable deposit for all services. This deposit comes off your total service. If adequate notice of cancelations/reschedules is given this deposit can be used as a credit on clients account for product/services

  2. Card details are saved through a separate entity that La Luna Soul cannot see. If late/no notice is given please note fees apply. Please see fees below:

    Less than 48h: Loss of deposit

    Less than 24h: 50% of hair service

    Less than 12h/No show: 100% of service will be due.

    Please understand that little to no notice of appointments are incredibly difficult to fill and results in a loss to the business.

    *please note we are as understanding as possible that things/emergencies come up and will take this into consideration as a ‘case by case’ situation.
